So, tomorrow I take my luggage down to the church, well, my mom will because it has to be there by three and I work until six. Anyway, I'm excited about the trip, in less than 48 hours I will be on a bus to Florida! I'm really happy that my Youth Director Becky is letting me do my project! It's a really good experience for the kids and myself. The kids learn about art and that they should eat healthy foods, and I learn about being an art teacher, though I want to be a graphic designer, but learning how to teach art, I think, will help me be more prepared for what life throws in my face. I think the Girl Scout Gold Award project does the same thing for every scout who does it, and every girl should try for their Gold Award.
Here's a picture of me and my luggage, just like I promised, the night before my mom takes it up. Packing is always the hard part of traveling. Just earlier today my friend Chloe texted me saying ":I hate packing" Haha! I can't wait for the new experiences to come and maybe some other surprises, you never know! But always remember there's always a new opportunity right around the corner or maybe just some inspiration. Look ahead and pay attention or it will either fly right over you or slam you in the face.
